The Royal offers several programs in Junior Sailing, from Wet Feet (ages 5 to 7) and Learn to Sail (at least 7 years old), to Advanced Single Handed and Advanced Double Handed courses, which lead to Sail Canada certifications. Children who have completed an advanced course can opt to go on to our race team program.
ADULT
SAILING
Instructional sailing for adults is back at the Royal with a completely revamped program for the 2023 season. Taught by experienced Sail Canada certified instructors, our sailing courses include plenty of time on the water in our fleet of Shark 24s, making the Royal the premier place in Montreal for adults to learn to sail.
